In the central part of the Istria peninsula, in northwestern Croatia you will find a true tourist curiosity, the smallest city in the world. Hum's population is around thirty people. The town is enclosed by walls and on the remaining sides houses are built into the defensive walls. Walking through the streets of this town is one of the most beautiful things you can experience in Croatia. The city has got it's church or cozy wine bar where you can relax.

ROVINJ

The history of this city dates back to the seventh century. In the past, Rovinj belonged to the Austro-Hungarian Empire, Italy, Germany, and only in 1945 became the part of Croatia. We highly recommend visiting the Church of St. Euphemia from 18th century, which boasts of having a 60 meter high bell tower.

ZADAR

This beautiful city is situated in the very heart of the Adriatic and belongs to the largest cities of Croatia. It's history dates back up to 3,000 years and offers its visitors many beautiful sights. Must see is The Church of St. Donatus or St. Stošija Church with a wonderful city view.

TROGIR

The historic city center is protected by the remains of the walls from the 13th - 16th century. The old town is located on an island that is connected to the mainland by a short bridge. Definitely do not miss to see beautiful St. Lawrence Cathedral.

DUBROVNIK

Unique, lovely town, one of the Unesco World heritage sites. Dubrovnik is famous for it's Old town and one of the best preserved medieval city walls. Their length is currently about 2 kilometers, but long time ago they were protecting the entire city. The walls have well-preserved gates and the most beautiful one was built in Gothic style.
